This is a full-time, permanent role focused on strategic recruitment.<br/><br/>In this position, reporting to the Chief People Officer, youll develop recruitment strategies and foster relationships with hiring leaders. As a collaborative partner, youll lead sourcing for specialized roles and improve hiring efficiency through strategic insights and modern technologies. This position is well-suited for a skilled consultant with a strong background in recruitment and public sector knowledge.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with city goals
• Train hiring leaders on inclusive hiring practices
• Drive full-cycle recruitment for specialized positions
• Manage recruitment analytics and metrics analysis
• Provide expertise on recruitment-related grievances<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• Experience in public sector HR and labour relations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Degree in Human Resources or similar field
