What We’re Looking For:

As a Content Manager at TBWACanada, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing dynamic social media content and digital content strategies. Reporting to a Content Lead, you’ll be an integral part of our agency’s specialized creative discipline, driving innovative content solutions for social media platforms.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Content Creators to conceptualize, develop, and produce compelling content. From initial ideation, to content writing, production, publishing/community management, and performance analysis, you will manage the entire content lifecycle. Your focus will be on delivering strategically sound and results-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor conversation on channels such as X, Meta, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest, and emerging social platforms.
  • Craft compelling social copy across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and audience expectations.
  • Identify daily, quick-turnaround reactive opportunities for social content.
  • Identify & track larger culturally aligned ideas that are not necessarily reactive, but based on observations in community groups and brand priorities.
  • Participate as a part of brainstorming for 360 campaigns, bringing social expertise to collaborative efforts from the larger creative group.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to develop organic social strategies and campaigns that meet specific business objectives.
  • Develop, organize, prioritize, schedule and manage content with the client and internal team across all platforms.
  • Monitor client’s social listening tools and native platform analytics for top-line insights on what is working/not working on platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, community growth, and sentiment; provide actionable insights to shape future strategies.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in multi-platform social media management within an agency environment (Branding, Creative, PR, or Communications).
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current social landscape, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, in-platform tools, such as Meta Business Suite and second party systems, such as Hootsuite or HeyOrca!
  • Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across various brand identities.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, make critical decisions, and manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced setting.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000 per year. Compensation will be determined based on qualifications, relevant experience, and internal equity.
