Summary: </b></p><p> The Continuous Improvement Coordinator
leads and supports all activities related to continuous improvement
within assigned sites or sectors, as well as the projects under
their responsibility. The role focuses on driving sustainable
performance, embedding best practices, and acting as a key change
agent within operations. </p><p><b> Key
responsabilities: </b></p><ul><li> Lead and facilitate the implementation
and sustainability of continuous improvement
programs </li><li> Identify improvement opportunities and
integrate best practices into daily
operations </li><li> Train, coach, and support teams (DMAIC,
DMS management processes, etc.)</li><li> Prepare and lead various meetings
(reviews, brainstorming sessions,
workshops)</li><li> Coordinate cross-functional working
groups related to continuous improvement (Kaizen, continuous
improvement initiatives, etc.)</li><li> Act as a change agent to promote a
culture of continuous improvement </li><li> Lead and/or support all phases of
project management </li><li> Monitor and drive the execution of
operational improvement initiatives </li><li> Develop and implement key performance
indicators (KPIs) and dashboards </li><li> Participate in internal and cross-site
audits related to the continuous improvement program
(Olympac)</li></ul><p><b> Required
qualifications: </b></p><ul><li> College or university degree in a
relevant field (engineering, operations, management, or related
discipline)</li><li>3
to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or similar
role </li><li> Strong ability to train, coach, and
influence individuals or teams </li><li> Proven experience managing multiple
priorities simultaneously </li><li> Strong interest in continuous
improvement and problem-solving </li><li>Green Belt certification (an
asset) and/or knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
methodologies </li><li> Valid driver’s license (frequent travel
between sites required)</li><li> Bilingualism (French and English) is
considered an asset </li><li> Proficiency in Excel and
PowerBI </li></ul><p><b> Key
