Become a pivotal part of Shared Health’s Crisis Response Centre as a Crisis Clinician. Provide 24/7 support in a multidisciplinary environment, aiding mental health recovery.<br/><br/>In this role, you will leverage your crisis intervention skills and knowledge of mental health to assist individuals in crisis. Shared Health seeks candidates with substantial community experience who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively. Bilingual individuals will be prioritized, reflecting the service’s community-driven approach.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Implement crisis intervention strategies in various settings
• Collaborate with mental health professionals to support clients
• Provide services in both scheduled and emergency situations
• Build effective relationships with other agencies
• Encourage rehabilitation and promote mental well-being<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Four years of relevant community experience
• Certification in ASIST and crisis intervention
• Degree in a health or human service area
• Must maintain active registration with applicable bodies
