Key Responsibilities:
• Lead prosecution efforts under criminal law mandates
• Decide on and pursue criminal charges in court
• Support and prepare victims and witnesses for legal proceedings
• Collaborate within a multifaceted regional legal team
• Engage in significant and complex criminal trials
Requirements:
• Membership with the Law Society of BC required
• Level 2: 6–11 years of call with relevant criminal law practice
• Level 3: At least 12 years of call with significant trial experience
• Criminal prosecution experience preferred
• Travel is a requirement of the position
