Seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven CRM & Retention Supervisor. This role is focused on ensuring every wholesale partner is fully set up for success through proactive communication, detailed account management, ongoing relationship building, and strategic follow-through.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
- Coordinate onboarding and account setup for new wholesale accounts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
- Track account activity, communications, and key milestones within CRM systems.
- Monitor partner engagement and identify opportunities to improve retention and growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support partner success initiatives.
- Assist in executing retention campaigns and outreach strategies to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Prepare account reports, performance updates, and follow-up action plans.
- Ensure all partner information, orders, and communications are accurately documented and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to increase partner satisfaction, repeat business, and overall account performance.
Qualifications
- 4-5 + previous experience in CRM management, account coordination, customer success, sales support, or a related role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
