Description

CS Innovation & Ops Analyst

Location: Remote (North America)

Salary: To be confirmed

Type: Full-time

Auxo is hiring a CS Innovation & Ops Analyst for a fast-growing Series A SaaS company operating in the industrial sector. Strong retention, strong growth, and a CS team that’s become a real competitive advantage. The infrastructure behind it hasn’t kept up. This role fixes that.

You’ll own the systems, automation, and AI workflows that power the entire customer success function. Not reporting on what happened. Building what makes it scale.

You report to the VP of Customer Success. You work with CSMs, Product, and the exec team.

The expectation is impact, not output.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify manual work across the CS team and ship automations that eliminate it
  • Build AI-powered pipelines that generate customer health summaries, flag churn risk, and surface expansion signals before anyone has to ask
  • Own the customer health scoring model from input definition to live signal
  • Automate QBR prep and ROI reporting so every CSM walks into a client review with sharp, defensible data
  • Build forecasting infrastructure for renewals and expansion alongside the VP
  • Analyze patterns across the customer base and turn them into business recommendations
  • Bring those recommendations to leadership with a clear point of view on what to do next

Who You Are

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience: data analytics, RevOps, ops engineering, AI workflow building, or founding-team builder roles
  • You’ve built and shipped AI or LLM-powered workflows in production: prompt design, n8n or equivalent, agentic patterns, structured outputs
  • Comfortable with SQL, a BI tool like Metabase, and JSON/API work
  • Strong business acumen: you know what matters in a dataset and you can turn it into a recommendation a CEO acts on
  • Light Python or JavaScript: enough to extend what no-code can’t do
  • You think in systems. You see a manual process and immediately start designing the fix
  • Bonus: background in manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement
  • Bonus: experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or vector search
  • Bonus: B2B SaaS CS, RevOps, or analytics function experience
