Description

• 3–6 years of experience with hands on coding

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark

• Strong SQL skills, including joins, transformations, and validation

• Advanced Excel skills, including data cleanup, reconciliation, formulas, and VBA

• Strong data wrangling and data preparation experience

• Data ingestion, transformation, and cleanup

• Handling messy or inconsistent datasets

• Validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks

• Working with templates, structured uploads, and standardized formats

• Hands-on execution rather than design or oversight

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ticket-based environment

• Able to work with ambiguous or incomplete data

• Capable of working independently with minimal direction

• Demonstrated speed, ownership, and problem-solving skills

• Clear and effective stakeholder communication
