About this Opportunity:
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to support operational reporting, SLA tracking, data analysis, and presentation coordination activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with field managers, analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure reporting accuracy, monitor service performance metrics, and support ongoing operational initiatives. Strong MS Excel skills are required, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and reporting functions.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and distribute daily Open Cases reports for analysts and field managers.
• Generate and maintain daily SLA reports to monitor service delivery performance.
• Analyze closed calls to identify SLA achievements and determine accountability for missed targets.
• Prepare MIA reports to track outstanding iPad tickets and their status updates.
• Order box kits and replacement iPads through the Warehouse Marketplace as required.
• Update and maintain the VAR Weekly Workbook, including inventory levels, SLA metrics, graphs, and trends.
• Prepare and update weekly client presentations utilizing data from operational reports and workbooks.
• Ensure Health Check data is accurately maintained across internal and client-facing SharePoint platforms.
• Collaborate with internal and client analysts to create follow-up tickets for outstanding work items.
• Create bi-weekly Health Check presentations and support ad-hoc reporting and presentation requests.
What You Bring:
• Strong MS Excel skills are required, including experience with pivot tables, formulas, and reporting functions.
Experience in reporting analysis, operational support, or service delivery coordination roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SLA metrics and operational performance data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Experience creating client-facing presentations and dashboards.
• Familiarity with SharePoint and ticketing/workflow management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting enterprise IT operations or managed services environments.
• Knowledge of SLA/KPI reporting and incident management processes.
• Experience working with inventory tracking or asset management reporting.
• Familiarity with financial services environments is considered an asset.
