JOB STATEMENT:

IDC WIN is seeking a strategic digital leader to drive the evolution and optimization of our advisor-facing technology ecosystem, including the Advisor Portal and public website. This role is accountable for end-to-end platform ownership, content strategy, and roadmap development, with a focus on enhancing advisor productivity, strengthening engagement, and advancing IDC WIN’s commitment to innovation. As a key internal expert, this leader will champion AI-driven efficiencies, digital tools, and technology partnerships that empower both advisors and internal teams to operate at peak performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Taking ownership of the Advisor Portal and public website, including content management, purpose definition, enhancement roadmap, and overall user experience;
  • Managing digital vendor relationships and evaluating new technology partners that support advisor sales enablement;
  • Leading adoption and optimization of advisor tools, platforms, and digital solutions;
  • Serving as IDC WIN’s internal AI expert focused on efficiency, automation, and process optimization;
  • Collaborating with Distribution, Marketing, and Advisor Experience teams to ensure platform content aligns with strategic priorities;
  • Developing and maintaining a digital governance model that ensures accuracy, consistency, and relevance of all online content;
  • Analyzing usage metrics and advisor feedback to drive continuous improvements;
  • Supporting onboarding, education, and communication related to advisor technology tools; and
  • Acting as a bridge between advisors, business units, and technology partners to ensure user needs are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related field
  • 8–10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy, product management, or technology leadership roles
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or advisor-based distribution models is considered an asset
  • Demonstrated experience owning and evolving digital platforms (e.g., portals, websites, CRM, or advisor tools)
  • Proven ability to define and execute digital roadmaps aligned to business objectives
  • Knowledge of AI tools, automation technologies, and emerging digital trends
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics to drive adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect digital initiatives to business growth and advisor success
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to lead through change, drive adoption, and build alignment across diverse groups
  • High level of accountability with a results-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

COMPENSATION:

Commensurate with experience; $90,000-$140,000 plus incentive bonus eligibility.
