This permanent role requires a strategic thinker with a background in career counseling, project management, and team leadership. Your efforts will be critical in partnering with various academic programs while ensuring equitable career support tailored to individual student needs.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement career advising programs
• Foster collaboration across all business programs
• Mentor and manage the Career Advising team effectively
• Evaluate program effectiveness and student outcomes
• Facilitate workshops on career readiness and decision-making<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years in a career development role
• Minimum 3 years of team management experience
• Knowledge of contemporary employment processes
