Description
Lead clinical initiatives with Quinte Health as a Program Director. Drive quality improvement and collaborative patient care in a multi-disciplinary environment, enhancing both service delivery and community health.<br/><br/>As the Program Director, you will report directly to the Vice President and CNE, overseeing the Allied Health portfolio. You will guide diverse clinical teams, including Physiotherapy and Respiratory Therapy, while fostering partnerships with health stakeholders. This leadership role emphasizes innovation and inclusion, particularly involving patients in care processes.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement programs enhancing patient care delivery
• Translate organizational goals into actionable team objectives
• Cultivate partnerships with academic and health partners
• Ensure effective resource utilization and operational excellence
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Master’s degree or in-progress from a health regulatory program
• Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience
• 3-5 years of relevant hospital experience
• Excellent written communication and strategic planning skills
