Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the on-site construction management team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Implement and promote health, safety, security, environment and community programs (HSEC).
- Plan, organize and optimize the resources required to execute the work.
- Oversee project controls related to cost, schedule, quality and progress.
- Ensure effective communication with the client and stakeholders on site.
- Manage contract administration and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Foster a collaborative, safe and performance-driven work environment.
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of mining project management and health and safety standards.
- Ability to manage risk, contracts and project performance.
- Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning.
