Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the on-site construction management team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement and promote health, safety, security, environment and community programs (HSEC).
  • Plan, organize and optimize the resources required to execute the work.
  • Oversee project controls related to cost, schedule, quality and progress.
  • Ensure effective communication with the client and stakeholders on site.
  • Manage contract administration and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Foster a collaborative, safe and performance-driven work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mining project management and health and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage risk, contracts and project performance.
  • Effective communication skills with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning.
