Description

Lead operational excellence for the Workplace Business Line in Canada with AECOM. Drive strategic planning and project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction and team development. As the Director of Operations, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner closely with the Regional Business Line Leader.
This leadership role focuses on operational and project management, staff development, and optimizing financial performance. You will oversee quality practices and ensure that objectives are met through effective resource allocation.

Requirements<br/><br/>Bachelors degree in Engineering or Science
Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience
At least 4 years in a leadership role
