Drive excellence in Quality Assurance as the Director at Clover Leaf Seafoods in Markham, Ontario. Ensure compliance and food safety at both Canadian and International levels while mentoring a dedicated team.<br/><br/>In this essential role, you will report directly to the VP of Technical Services, focusing on improving Technical Services and establishing compliance with food safety regulations. As a driver of change, your leadership will foster a culture of continuous improvement in product quality, while managing a team committed to achieving impeccable standards in the seafood industry.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Direct Technical Services strategy for food safety and quality
• Ensure adherence to Canadian and international standards
• Prepare departmental budgets and manage expenses
• Lead cross-functional coordination on regulatory matters
• Champion product development and innovation projects<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Food Science or equivalent
• 10–15 years in food safety and quality assurance
• Proven leadership experience in regulatory compliance
• Excellent relationship management capabilities
