<p>Director of Recruitment</p><p><br></p><p>This is a great role to build the Talent Engine Behind a High-Growth Portfolio of companies.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Mission</b></p><p>Build and lead a centralized recruitment function that consistently delivers A-Player for a Holdco that currently owns six operating businesses. Grow talent across the portfolio using a strict WHO methodology — enabling each company to scale in line with strategic growth plans.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a value-creation mandate that incorporates scaling human resource systems.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Outcomes (12–36 Months)</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>1. Portfolio Fully Staffed</b></p><p>Deliver a high volume of A-Player hires aligned with growth plans.</p><p><br></p><p><b>2. Hiring Speed Excellence</b></p><p>Maintain Time-to-Fill for priority roles.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3. Talent Density Upgrade</b></p><p>Consistently raise performance across functions including sales, estimation, supervisors, operations roles & executives within their small business portfolio. </p><p><br></p><p><b>4. WHO Hiring Standard Institutionalized</b></p><p>Implement and enforce structured WHO methodology portfolio-wide.</p><p>Train hiring managers in process and to lessen the impact of poor hiring decisions relying purely on gut instincts. Operationalize a frameworks that produces a 90% A player hire success rate.</p><p><br></p><p><b>5. Internal Recruiting Engine Built</b></p><p>Build and lead a high-performance recruiting team (1–3 recruiters) operating as an internal agency, minimizing external recruiter reliance.</p><p><br></p><p><b>6. Systems & Reporting Excellence</b></p><p>Optimize BambooHR & lead ATS migration to Greenhouse. Implement recruiting performance dashboards (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source ROI).</p><p><br></p><p><b>7. Inflict influence on Executives & Operating businesses</b></p><p>This role will be highly involved with the operating companies and will take an ability to influence the leaders within the businesses.
