SITE Plus Electrical Solutions Inc. a highly respected company, and we are looking for a strong Operations Manager to help lead the next stage of the business.

This is not a maintenance role. This is an opportunity to improve systems, lead people, increase profitability, and help build a highly efficient electrical contracting company.

We work across commercial, industrial, and service electrical projects throughout Brantford and surrounding areas. We need someone who can bring structure, accountability, leadership, and operational consistency to a growing team.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will oversee daily operations across the business, including:

  1. Labour planning and crew allocation
  2. Scheduling and workflow management
  3. Job execution and operational follow-through
  4. Labour productivity and efficiency
  5. Gross profit performance
  6. Quality control and reduction of rework
  7. Team leadership and accountability
  8. Customer communication and issue resolution
  9. Operational systems and process improvement

You will work directly with ownership and play a major role in shaping how the business operates moving forward.
