Trindent Consulting is seeking an Engagement Manager specialized in downstream operations within the oil and gas sector. This role requires extensive travel and expertise in operations management consulting.<br/><br/>As an Engagement Manager, you will manage projects by developing proposals, allocating resources, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining effective client engagement and resolving any conflicts. Moreover, mentorship opportunities for operations professionals will be a key component of your role.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate and analyze refinery project plans
• Delegate tasks and monitor project progress
• Report project status to clients and management
• Foster client project team interactions
• Coach and support operational professionals<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Proven track record in downstream oil and gas
• Lean Six Sigma ‘Black Belt’ certification needed
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint<br/><br/>Enhance project delivery and create value within the oil and gas industry through your leadership and management skills.
