Become BigGeos Head of Engineering, spearheading the operation of our innovative Spatial Cloud. Focus on growing engineering talent while ensuring efficiency and quality.In this leadership role, you will manage the day-to-day performance of the engineering team, enhancing agile processes and removing roadblocks to ensure a high-output environment. Partnering closely with the CTO, you will implement strategies that bridge high-level goals with operational execution. This position will empower you to leverage AI tools effectively, shape the engineering culture, and maximize team performance for real-world applications.Key Responsibilities:
• Drive measurable improvements in sprint velocity and predictability
• Establish standards for testing and documentation

• 7+ years in engineering, including 3 years of leadership
• Strong experience with agile methodologies and deployment
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language
