Join Radiant in El Segundo as the Engineering Manager, focusing on electrical systems integration for ground-breaking microreactor technology. This role is tailored for candidates with a robust engineering background and management experience.<br/><br/>As the Engineering Manager, you will spearhead a talented team within Radiant, overseeing electrical engineering operations and integration for the Kaleidos project targeting deployment by 2028. Your management will guide efforts through critical phases from architecture design, hardware deployment, to testing, assuring high standards in safety and effectiveness.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Grow an effective team of electrical engineers
• Define software and electrical interface requirements
• Oversee vendor relationships and project budgets
• Develop and implement validation methodologies
• Conduct design reviews and communicate decisions<br/><br/>Requirements:
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience
• At least 2 years in engineering management roles
• Proficiency with DAQ systems and scripting languages
