Enterprise Account Executive – Canada
Established over 20 years ago, our client is a market-leading HR Tech platform, working with clients on a multi-vertical basis including the likes of Samsung, CVS and Zurich. They are a multi-award-winning organisation and have also raised north of $40M in Series C funding since their establishment.
After continuous year-on-year growth, there are now expanding their Enterprise sales team in the Canada; this team is a core part of the organisation and continue to see success. This is a new business focused role, managing the full sales cycle with enterprise-level clients across a wide range of sectors – successful candidates can expect to be joining a high-performing team who have had an extremely strong start to the year and are looking to replicate this for the rest of 2025.
This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Identify & prospect new business opportunities within the enterprise space
- Conduct product demonstrations & presentations with prospective clients
- Engage in a consultative selling approach, understanding & addressing the clients’ business challenges, individual needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Manage a long-term sales pipeline to ensure for continued success & revenue generation
- Manage contraction negotiations & deal closure processes
- collaborate with internal teams to drive success and reach customer goals
- Collate & provide customer feedback when needed
- Provide regular reporting & insights to sales leadership team
The Successful Candidate
- 5+ years enterprise-level SaaS sales experience
- Strong HRTech background / selling software into HR teams
- New business experience is essential
- Based in the USA / Canada
Enterprise Account Executive Package
- Basic salary: $170,000-180,000 (USD)
