We are building a senior transformation capability to lead enterprise change programmes across multiple business functions.

Role Overview

As the Enterprise Change & Transformation Lead, you will drive the design and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including major finance transformation programmes.

You will establish structured change frameworks, strengthen governance, and ensure initiatives are embedded effectively across the organisation. Operating at the centre of transformation, you will partner with senior leaders, translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, and ensure measurable adoption and business impact.

This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring strategic foresight, structured execution, and strong influence across complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities

Change Strategy & Programme Leadership

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including large-scale finance programmes
  • Design and implement structured change strategies from concept through execution
  • Translate executive vision into clear roadmaps, milestones, and adoption plans
  • Drive accountability across functions to ensure delivery and sustained outcomes

Governance & Performance Management

  • Establish strong governance structures, including KPI tracking and executive reporting
  • Interpret engagement analytics and performance data to inform decision-making
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and change impacts across workstreams
  • Strengthen organisational change infrastructure and tools

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Partner with senior leaders to enable strategic decision-making
  • Facilitate executive forums and transformation checkpoints
  • Build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Drive alignment across Finance, HR, Operations, and Technology stakeholders

Organisational Readiness & Adoption

  • Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience
  • Support business process alignment and operating model improvements
  • Ensure structured readiness planning and sustainable adoption
  • Embed continuous improvement practices post-implementation

Required Experience

  • 6–8 years of experience leading strategic initiatives or enterprise transformation
  • Strong expertise in change management and organisational transformation frameworks
  • Experience working within or alongside Finance operations and business process environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organisations
  • Strong analytical capability and executive-level presentation skills (including PowerPoint storyboarding)
  • Post-secondary education in Business, HR, or related field
  • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 CAD annually (based on experience)
