Description
Lead impactful environmental programs with WSP as an Environmental Project Manager. Oversee complex assessments and client strategies across Western Canada.<br/><br/>As a Senior Project Manager at WSP, you will spearhead large-scale environmental assessments and permitting programs. You’re expected to manage multidisciplinary teams while ensuring strategic oversight on budget, schedule, and stakeholder engagement. This role focuses on delivering meaningful results for communities and involves mentoring emerging leaders within the team.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Lead environmental assessment and permitting programs from initiation to closeout
• Provide strategic oversight on scope, schedule, and budget
• Direct multidisciplinary teams towards regulatory objectives
• Establish execution strategies and governance structures
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Expertise in environmental assessment frameworks across Western Canada
• Proven experience with large-scale EIAs and permitting programs
• Strong financial acumen in program-level management
• Exceptional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Mentoring experience with emerging project managers<br/><br/>Drive change and innovation in environmental management with WSP, influencing critical projects across Western Canada.
