Equity Partner & National Leader, AI Business Solutions

This role can be located in any major city centre across Canada.

Role Purpose

The AI Business Solutions Leader is a senior leadership and ownership role responsible for driving growth, profitability, and long‑term sustainability of Digital services within the firm. The role combines client leadership, business ownership, people stewardship, and practice development, while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and an active contributor to firm‑wide strategy.

The role will focus on sales, delivery excellence and talent development for ERP, CRM and DXP solutions across Microsoft D365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft D365 BC, Sage Intacct and Adobe AEM platforms.

Digital Partners operate as owners of the firm, accountable not only for individual performance, but for building enduring client relationships, developing future leaders, and strengthening integrated digital capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

1. Client Leadership & Market Impact

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to priority and strategic clients, focusing on measurable outcomes and long‑term value creation.
  • Lead complex, multi‑disciplinary client engagements involving Digital, Consulting, and other service lines.
  • Identify, develop, and sponsor growth opportunities within existing clients and new markets.
  • Champion an integrated, One‑Firm approach to client delivery and relationship management.

2. Business Ownership & Financial Performance

  • Own and be accountable for revenue generation, margin performance, utilisation, and realisation within assigned domains or markets.
  • Shape and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned to firm and Digital priorities.
  • Manage pipelines, forecast demand, and actively participate in opportunity progression and deal governance.
  • Make disciplined business and investment decisions consistent with long‑term firm value and risk appetite.

3. Practice & Capability Leadership

  • Lead the development and evolution of Digital capabilities, including emerging and growth areas (e.g. AI, data, cloud, engineering, digital advisory).
  • Establish and reinforce consistent delivery standards, methodologies, and quality controls.
  • Promote scalable delivery models, leverage, and reuse of intellectual property and tools.
  • Collaborate with other partners and leaders to reduce duplication, enhance clarity, and accelerate execution.

4. People Leadership & Talent Stewardship

  • Build, mentor, and sponsor high‑performing teams, including future Digital leaders and future Partners.
  • Own succession planning as a core responsibility of firm stewardship.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, trust, integrity, and high performance.
  • Support career progression across delivery, leadership, and ownership pathways.

5. Firm Leadership & Integration

  • Actively contribute to Digital and firm‑wide strategy, priorities, and operating model evolution.
  • Collaborate with leadership across Consulting, IT, Innovation, Enablement, and other functions.
  • Serve as a role model for firm values, Partner Code of Conduct, and professional standards.
  • Balance short‑term business demands with the long‑term health and sustainability of the firm.

Required Capabilities & Experience

Professional Experience

  • Senior leadership experience within consulting, technology, or professional services
  • Demonstrated success in business development, client leadership, and commercial accountability

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organisations
