180 Systems is seeking an ERP Project Manager (Senior Consultant) to lead enterprise software implementation projects for clients mostly in the GTA across a range of industries. This role is responsible for managing ERP projects from initiation through deployment, coordinating stakeholders, maintaining project governance, and ensuring projects remain aligned to scope, timelines, and budget expectations.

The ideal candidate has experience leading ERP or enterprise software projects in client-facing environments and is comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation projects through all project phases including initiation, planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Facilitate project planning and discovery workshops with client stakeholders and software vendors
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including:

Project charters

Detailed project plans

Timelines and milestone schedules

RACI matrices

RAID logs

Governance and communication plans

  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, delays, and budget concerns
  • Coordinate cross-functional client teams, internal consultants, and software vendors throughout the project lifecycle
  • Escalate project risks and issues as required and support resolution activities
  • Prepare and deliver project status updates, steering committee materials, and executive reporting
  • Manage project change requests and maintain alignment between approved scope and delivery expectations
  • Support clients with business process reviews, operational assessments, and change management activities
  • Hold project participants accountable for assigned tasks, deliverables, and timelines
  • Support implementation planning activities including testing, training, cutover, and go-live readiness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within a client-driven consulting environment 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience within ERP, enterprise software, or technology environments
  • Experience leading ERP implementation projects in client-facing environments
  • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project governance practices
  • Experience working with finance, HR, operations, or cross-functional business teams
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and project reporting
  • Proficiency with:

Microsoft Office Suite

Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management tools

Visio or other process mapping tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ERP consulting or software implementation consulting experience
  • Business Analyst experience
  • MBA, CPA, PMP, or related designation
  • Experience supporting change management and business process transformation initiatives

Salary:

  • $120,000 – $140,000/year + Benefits
