Compensation Transparency

Expected total annual compensation for this role is 50,000 to 100,000+

Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions and incentives. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, results, and overall contribution.

Position Overview

As a Sales Recruiter, you will play a critical role in helping organizations achieve sales excellence by identifying, engaging, and delivering top performing sales talent. You will own the full cycle recruitment process and spend significant time sourcing, headhunting, and speaking directly with high caliber sales professionals.

This role is ideal for a driven and disciplined recruiter who thrives in performance driven environments, pushes boundaries, and takes pride in delivering world class results through consistent execution.

You will work closely with internal teammates while maintaining full ownership of your searches, candidate relationships, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Full Cycle Recruitment

• Lead all phases of the recruitment process from intake through offer and close

• Proactively source and headhunt top performing sales talent

• Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach, referrals, and market mapping

• Conduct structured, professional conversations with high performing sales professionals

• Present well qualified shortlists aligned to client expectations and Peak standards

• Execute every search using Peak’s Proven Process to ensure consistency and excellence

Candidate and Relationship Management

• Build long term, trusted relationships with sales professionals

• Deliver a high touch, white glove candidate experience

• Act as an advisor throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain strong communication, follow through, and professionalism at every stage

Performance and Operations

• Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and placement KPIs

• Maintain disciplined data integrity and forecasting accuracy in Salesforce

• Manage multiple searches simultaneously without sacrificing quality

• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve delivery and outcomes

• Embody Peak’s core purpose and values in every interaction

Qualifications

• Experience in full cycle recruiting, executive search, or sales focused headhunting

• Strong track record sourcing and engaging top performing talent

• Comfortable working in a metrics driven and performance focused environment

• Confident, professional communicator who can speak credibly with top sales performers

• Highly organized, disciplined, and self motivated

• Salesforce or ATS experience preferred
