Focus on technical design and maintenance of cutting-edge greenhouse and lab systems.<br/><br/>This full-time position is ideal for a hands-on professional with engineering experience. You will have the opportunity to lead maintenance initiatives, optimize HVAC systems, and develop innovative solutions through CAD and 3D printing. Supporting EHS compliance and sustainability initiatives is also an integral part of the role.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operation and maintenance of greenhouse infrastructure
• Manage Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Partner with teams to execute facility enhancements
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Oversee hygiene and pest prevention measures<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or related field
• 5+ years managing complex facility systems
• Skilled in CAD software and 3D prototyping
• Experience with contractors and maintenance systems
