Become the Field Operations Director for Bridgepoint Maintenance in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time, hybrid role combines hands-on leadership with strategic vendor and trade management.<br/><br/>You will manage day-to-day operations across cleaning, maintenance, and mechanical service teams. Your expertise will guide the creation of high standards for job performance and accountability while addressing customer escalations. This position requires someone capable of building robust teams and systems across Ontario’s service landscape.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations for maintenance and trade services
• Build and manage vendor performance by location
• Ensure compliance with job documentation and inspections
• Train and coach field teams while managing escalations
• Create standard operating procedures and KPI dashboards<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 7+ years in field or maintenance operations
• 3+ years in a management role
• Proficient in residential service execution
• Familiar with mobile tools and CRM systems
