Your new role
As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and supervising the repair, maintenance, installation, and commissioning of mining process equipment. Reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to ensure successful project execution, equipment performance, and customer satisfaction.
This position can be based out of any city within a driving distance from a major Canadian airport. This role requires extensive travel to customer sites across Canada and internationally.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Millwright certification or equivalent mechanical experience
- Minimum 5 years of field service experience within mining, industrial, or heavy equipment environments
- Strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience with mechanical equipment
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documentation
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and lead field service assignments
- Valid driver’s license and valid Canadian passport
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered a strong asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) and support emergency service calls when required
- Ability to work independently in demanding field environments and manage competing priorities
