Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Supervisor located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with various team members, monitoring project progress, inspecting ongoing work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Project management and supervisory experience
• Knowledge of construction operations and equipment
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in Water, Sewer, or Road construction is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or OSHA would be beneficial
