Become a pivotal Finance Supply Senior Analyst with Burnbrae Farms, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This role focuses on financial operations, cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.<br/><br/>As a Senior Analyst, you will report to the Finance Manager for Western Canada, supporting financial operations at multiple manufacturing plants. Youre expected to build strong partnerships with plant management, ensure precise financial data processing, and present actionable insights for strategic decisions. This role requires advanced Excel skills, manufacturing accounting expertise, and exceptional analytical capabilities.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with plant management and operations teams
• Perform detailed plant cost and variance analysis
• Oversee period-end close processes and journal entries
• Partner with teams to develop and monitor annual budgets
• Manage financial reporting across multiple facilities<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Minimum 2–3 years in manufacturing accounting or plant finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
