About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Reporting Manager is an integral part of our Global Finance Team with a primary focus on global intercompany and transfer pricing activities. The role will take ownership of key processes across the Group while supporting a broader range of finance projects across our global offices. A hands‑on approach will be required to manage core responsibilities and provide financial insight across the business.
Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare transfer pricing recharge workings, gather relevant information from global finance, tax and operational teams, and review outputs in line with the Group’s transfer pricing policy and supporting documentation requirements.
- Own and coordinate global intercompany balances and transactions, including staff and cost recharges, group recharge reviews, and the timely resolution of differences to support data integrity across entities.
- Support the annual budgeting process for global cost centres, including review of key areas such as IT costs to ensure alignment with intercompany recharge methodologies and transfer pricing principles.
- Support global statutory audits and financial statement preparation, including review of deliverables and coordination with internal stakeholders for audit and filing purposes, under IFRS or local GAAP.
- Prepare global cash flow and liquidity analysis.
- Review board reports and regulatory filings.
- Support technical accounting matters, developing subject matter knowledge while working collaboratively with senior team members.
- Lead and contribute to cross‑functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and aligning with organisational goals.
- Uphold global internal controls and policies, and support the standardisation of documentation to drive consistency and efficiencies.
- Perform ad‑hoc analysis and reporting, as required.
What You Bring
- An internationally recognised accounting or financial industry designation (e.g., CPA, CA or CIA), with a minimum of 3 years post‐qualified experience.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (primarily IFRS 10, IFRS 9, IFRS 15 and IFRS 16).
- Exposure to intercompany accounting, cost allocations or multi‑entity environments is an advantage, but not required.
- Proven ability to work effectively with large teams across multiple jurisdictions and time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong time‑management and organisational skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience working with analytical BI tools an advantage.
