Position Overview

We are seeking a polished, experienced, and client-focused Front Desk Coordinator & Skincare Specialist to join our growing team. This dual-role position requires a strong background in both front desk operations and hands-on skincare treatments within a cosmetic clinic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Duties:

• Manage appointments, bookings, and patient flow

• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into bookings

• Provide a warm, professional first impression to all clients

• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records

• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Skincare Specialist Duties:

• Perform professional facials and skincare treatments

• Conduct consultations and recommend appropriate services/products

• Support physicians and injectors with pre- and post-treatment care

• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and compliance standards

• Stay updated on the latest skincare technologies and protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a cosmetic clinic in British Columbia (required)

• Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics and skincare treatments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to close consultations and drive sales

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
