Description

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions within a modern Agile and DevOps environment. This role focuses on full stack development using .NET and front-end frameworks such as Angular or Blazor, supporting enterprise-level application delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using .NET and modern web frameworks (Angular or Blazor.
  • Perform Agile software development activities as part of a collaborative delivery tea.
  • Design and develop integrations with other systems following enterprise standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement testing mechanisms to enable early validation of application components and support early business engagement.
  • Execute development activities within Dev/Test environments, including build creation, testing, and validation.
  • Participate fully in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and program increment planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members including Scrum Masters, Product Owners, architects, and communities of practice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote a collaborative, respectful team culture.
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and production support activities as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, including cloud-based development and continuous improvement practices.
  • Extensive experience across the full software development lifecycle (design, development, integration, testing, and prototyping).
  • Strong experience in full stack development using .NET and Angular (or similar frameworks such as Blazor).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing system integrations, including APIs and service-based architectures.
  • Experience working in complex, integrated enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps tools, techniques, and processes (CI/CD, version control, automated testing, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of unit testing, production support, and problem resolution practices.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification such as SAFe Practitioner, or willingness to obtain certification within 2 months of starting

The hourly rate range for this position is $80 – $90, with the final rate based on consultant experience and fit for the role.
