<p>Wanted: General Maintenance Worker for Building Maintenance/Renovations. We are a busy renovations and maintenance company looking for a reliable, hard-working, and devoted handyman.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for general renovations and maintenance duties, such as:</p>
<ul>
<li>Door slab installation.</li>
<li>Ceramic tile installation.</li>
<li>Finish Plumbing.</li>
<li>Kitchen and countertop installation.</li>
<li>Framing.</li>
<li>Light Maintenance work (Shelving, toilet paper holder install, medicine cabinets etc.).</li>
</ul>
<p>All work is in Hi-Rise rental apartments.</p>
<p>This is a full-time position (not for general contractors).</p>
<h3>Compensation</h3>
<p>Salary based on experience and will be fair and negotiable.</p>
<ul>
<li>$25-$35/hr.</li>
<li>Mon-Friday.</li>
<li>8-10 hour shifts.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>A set of their own tools.</li>
<li>2-3 years of experience.</li>
<li>Their own vehicle.</li>
<li>An ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li>
