Role: Guidewire BillingCenter Cloud Tech Lead (with Upgrade Integration experience)
Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada (Preferred Hybrid – Onsite) / Remote
Term: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and technical solutioning for BillingCenter implementations and upgrades
- Work closely with architect’s BAs and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide hands-on expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration data model and integration frameworks
- Define and enforce coding standards best practices and design patterns across the team
- Lead and mentor development teams onshore offshore ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Support performance tuning defect triage and resolution during SIT UAT and production rollout
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security and compliance standards
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills Guidewire Billing Center PolicyCenter ClaimCenter
- 15 years of IT experience with at least 10 years in Guidewire BillingCenter
- Strong technical expertise in BillingCenter configuration data model plugins and workflows
- Handson experience with Guidewire Integration Framework GOSU Web Services Messaging Batch processes
- Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter ClaimCenter data flows and integrations with BillingCenter
- Proficiency in Java SQL XML SOAPREST services and middleware integration
- Proven track record as a Guidewire Lead in large Guidewire transformation programs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Guidewire BillingCenter Specialist Certified
- Experience with cloud migrations AWS Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps CICD pipelines GIT Jenkins and automated testing tools
- Exposure to Agile Scrum delivery methodologies
