岗位职责 What You’ll Do
- 从0搭建加拿大渠道体系:覆盖IFA、家族办公室、私人银行、移民财务顾问等核心合作伙伴
Build Canada’s channel ecosystem from scratch: IFAs, family offices, private banks, and immigration financial advisors
- 开拓并维护温哥华、多伦多华人HNW客群及渠道资源,推动歌斐全球另类资产产品落地分销
Develop and maintain Chinese HNW client and channel networks in Vancouver and Toronto; distribute Gopher’s global alternative products
- 与法律合规团队协作,确保产品引入及业务开展符合加拿大监管要求(CIRO / OSC / AML)
Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all activities meet Canadian regulatory standards (CIRO / OSC / AML)
- 建立歌斐/Olive在加拿大华人金融圈的品牌知名度,参与家办峰会及行业活动
Build brand awareness in Canada’s Chinese financial community through family office summits and industry events
- 随业务发展搭建本地团队,负责渠道P&L管理并定期向总部汇报
Scale the local team as business grows; manage channel P&L and report to headquarters
任职要求 What We’re Looking For
- 在加拿大长期工作/居住,英语与普通话双语流利
Based in Canada with full professional fluency in English and Mandarin
- 12年以上财富管理或渠道拓展经验,有华人HNW客群的真实渠道资源
12+ years in wealth management or channel development with genuine Chinese HNW channel relationships
- 持有加拿大金融牌照(CSC / CFP / CFA / EMD之一),熟悉CIRO/OSC/AML合规框架
Canadian financial license (CSC, CFP, CFA, or EMD); familiar with CIRO/OSC/AML compliance
- 有另类资产产品(PE、私募信贷、房地产基金)销售或推广经验者优先
Experience distributing alternative investment products (PE, private credit, real estate funds) is a strong plus
- 具备创业心态,能独立运营,有从0搭建渠道体系的意愿与能力
Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable building from zero with full ownership
