Here’s some of what you can expect as part of the role…<br/><br/>Develop, manage and deliver the annual calendar of national campaigns and promotions, aligned with UK business plans and objectives<br/><br/>Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring all campaigns are delivered to deadline and well‑communicated across the wider business and centre teams<br/><br/>Own brand and creative management, ensuring all campaign assets are on‑brand, consistent and impactful<br/><br/>Set the strategy for Splitsville’s social channels and implement a new structure to deliver social content<br/><br/>Manage relationships with agencies, including briefing, performance management and budget control<br/><br/>Oversee brand tracking and performance measurement, translating insights into actionable recommendations<br/><br/>Ensure campaigns are optimised for ROI, spend efficiency and commercial impact<br/><br/>Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, brand health and marketing effectiveness for senior stakeholders<br/><br/>Work closely with UK media, e-commerce and content teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated across channels<br/><br/>Provide clear campaign toolkits and guidance to support local execution across centres<br/><br/>Work cross‑functionally to ensure consistency in messaging, creative and execution across all business units<br/><br/>Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform campaign strategy<br/><br/>Support broader marketing projects and initiatives as required to meet company growth objectives<br/><br/>Oversee workback schedules and lead cross‑functional teams with required communication to maintain business timelines<br/><br/>Prepare up‑to‑date reports on departmental progress and direction<br/><br/>The Who
The be a successful Head of Marketing, you’ll have:<br/><br/>Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications<br/><br/>Experience in a senior marketing role with direct reports<br/><br/>Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand awareness and commercial growth<br/><br/>Experience within Entertainment and Hospitality industries is an asset<br/><br/>Bilingual (French & English) is an asset<br/><br/>Excellent organizational, time and project management skills, with the ability to multi‑task several projects simultaneously<br/><br/>High‑energy, self‑starter with positive and engaging personality<br/><br/>Outstanding attention to detail and strong understanding of branding, communications, marketing principles and best practices<br/><br/>Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication<br/><br/>Effective problem‑solver with the ability to think both analytically and creatively to drive objectives and overcome obstacles<br/><br/>Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint<br/><br/>At Splitsville, we value diversity and inclusion, and we’re committed to creating a working environment that promotes equal opportunities.
