Become an Applications Engineer at Hexagon Autonomous Solutions in Calgary. Support a diverse range of customers while leveraging your GNSS and INS expertise in this hands-on role.<br/><br/>This position focuses on providing 2nd-tier technical support to key clients, ensuring their success with NovAtel, VERIPOS, and AutonomouStuff products. Youll troubleshoot issues, assist in product setups, and participate in root cause analyses under the Senior Manager of Customer Support.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Manage case escalation and resolve Hexagon product issues
• Support customers with troubleshooting and product configuration
• Provide timely follow-up communication to ensure satisfaction
• Review and update technical support documentation
• Conduct onsite customer visits for complex problem resolution<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics Engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 years of GNSS+INS experience
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
