Hotel Manager
Location: 405 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 2A9
Salary: $41.00 per hour (40 hours per week)
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
- Recruit and hire staff
- Supervise staff
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies
- Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities
- Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Implement marketing activities
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Establish work schedules
- Organize and maintain inventory
Qualifications
Education: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
Languages: English.
