Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM QA Analyst with strong expertise in test automation, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and end-to-end testing methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and SailPoint IGA, along with the ability to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for IAM applications and integrations.
  • Create detailed test scenarios, automation scripts, and test plans based on business and technical requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for large enterprise projects.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber.
  • Validate SailPoint IGA workflows, provisioning, access requests, and identity lifecycle management processes.
  • Coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple project phases and stakeholders.
  • Execute test cycles and ensure results align with documented goals and quality standards.
  • Analyze defects, track issues, and work closely with development and business teams for resolution.
  • Translate business processes and system functionalities into effective and well-documented test plans.
  • Prepare and present testing status reports, metrics, and defect summaries to stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for QA and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Cucumber automation frameworks.
  • Experience with SailPoint IGA / Identity Governance and Administration.
  • Proven ability to write effective test scenarios and automation scripts.
  • Experience managing end-to-end testing activities for enterprise-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA lifecycle, and defect management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present testing results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
  • Knowledge of IAM concepts such as provisioning, role management, SSO, and access certification.
