Salary: CA$75,000.00 – CA$100,000.00 per year
This is a fully remote position.
We are a boutique Canadian Immigration Law Firm located in downtown Toronto looking for an experienced Immigration Lawyer with at least 5 years experience.
Most of our clients have a history of refusals. You must have a deep & well-rounded knowledge of immigration law and be able to advise clients & build applications from start to finish.
You will be responsible for handing temporary and permanent resident applications, including, but not limited to:
- Visitor Visas
- Study Permit
- Work Permits
- Sponsorships
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs
- Judicial Reviews
- TRPs
- H&C
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consultations (w/ commission benefits)
- Assist clients with the preparation of immigration applications
- Provide legal advice and assistance to clients regarding immigration matters.
- Review and analyze immigration laws and regulations.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Conduct research on immigration cases
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed Canadian Lawyer
- Minimum 5 years experience in immigration law
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer/tech skills (ie. Outlook, Adobe PDF, Google Drive, etc.)
