Description
Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support one of our largest HCM clients on a 9-month contract engagement. This individual will play a critical role in implementing the Dayforce Payroll module for a new enterprise client. There are multiple roles available tailored to implementing and configuring the Payroll, HR, Benefits, and WFM modules. Experience implementing or configuring these modules is a necessity.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in full Dayforce Payroll implementation projects from discovery through deployment
• Gather and document client payroll requirements
• Configure and customize the Dayforce Payroll module based on business needs
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and client stakeholders
• Develop detailed test scripts, execute testing, and document results
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Investigate and resolve configuration issues and defects
• Conduct system validation and ensure solution quality
• Deliver end-user and administrator training
• Support organizational change management and adoption activities
• Assist with go-live preparation and post-implementation support
Required Skills & Experience:
• 2+ years of experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce Payroll, HR, Benefits, or WFM module
• Experience with payroll configuration and implementation projects
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Experience creating and executing test cases and test plans
• Excellent documentation and written communication skills
• Support and testing background is considered an asset
