Description
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day as a Maintenance Electrician on our team at Mauser Packaging Solutions:
You’ll learn our plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training including lockout/tagout, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
Quality: Some areas of the plant get very warm in the summer.
You’ll work with PLC equipment, multiple small tools, and high-voltage equipment. Excellent Benefits: We offer an excellent benefits package including a pension plan. High school diploma or equivalent required
Read and understand pneumatic, hydraulic, electric and electronic documentation and drawings and interpret equipment data
Experience and demonstrated knowledge of troubleshooting skills, preferably in PLC motor controls and electrical equipment
Perform PLC programming & diagnostics on various systems and troubleshoot electrical equipment such as relays, contactors, overloads, timers, photodetection & proximity switches or light curtains
Strong understanding of Allen Bradley Control Systems, RS Logic 5000 & Seimens S7 preferred
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a plus
Must be able to work multiple shifts
