Ensure technical excellence as the Infrastructure Bridges Technical Leader. This role emphasizes quality oversight and collaboration to enhance project delivery and strengthen technical capabilities.<br/><br/>In this critical position, you will report to the Project Delivery Business Leader and work closely with regional teams to implement technical standards and best practices. Youll play a key role in mentoring talent and driving innovation in engineering methods and tools.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Promote discipline-specific QA/QC processes and technical reviews
• Lead resolution on complex technical issues
• Support project teams with technical expertise
• Foster collaboration across Business Centers and regions
• Contribute to strategic planning and talent development<br/><br/>Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of relevant industry experience
• Recognized expertise within bridges discipline
• Experience leading technical teams without direct authority
