Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare comprehensive architectural plans, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
– Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and ensure alignment with design specifications.
– Obtain necessary permits and liaise with municipal authorities to meet local building codes and zoning regulations.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, new materials, and sustainable practices.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably in residential projects.
– Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
– Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
