Drive sales in the municipal sector with Trojan Technologies as an Inside Sales Account Manager. Focus on delivering parts and services to key water treatment plants in the Mountain West region.<br/><br/>This role requires generating leads, achieving sales goals, and managing existing accounts while collaborating with the District Sales Manager, Ross O’Rourke. Youll engage with customers to enhance their experience, support sales proposals, and optimize Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your expertise in inside sales will be crucial in growing our market presence and maintaining strong customer relationships.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and exceed sales targets through engagement
• Support bids and manage contracts for customers
• Collaborate with the Regional Account Manager on sales
• Nurture customer partnerships and build knowledge
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement for customer experience<br/><br/>Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience in inside sales or customer service
• Proven sales track record through phone engagement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office
