Take charge of IT infrastructure as an IT Infrastructure Engineer at Opendoor, focusing on automation and support in a dynamic, in-office setting.<br/><br/>This position empowers you to enhance operational efficiency through the design and maintenance of scalable IT systems. With significant responsibilities in administering SaaS platforms and managing cloud resources, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill strategic initiatives. Additionally, your mentorship of junior team members will support their growth while ensuring best practices are maintained.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Develop secure and efficient IT infrastructure across cloud and endpoints
• Optimize platforms including Slack and Jamf for operational health
• Create automation scripts to remove manual overhead
• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution
• Document processes and systems for team accessibility<br/><br/>Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in IT engineering
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and Intune
• System administration across both macOS and Windows environments
• Proficient in Python, Bash/Zsh, and PowerShell scripting
