Description
Lead impactful IT initiatives with HOOPP as an IT Program Manager. You will drive strategic programs, manage complex projects, and facilitate collaboration across divisions.<br/><br/>As part of the IT Project Management Office, the Program Manager plays a vital role in ensuring successful program delivery. This position requires a blend of strategic planning, risk management, and effective communication with IT and business stakeholders. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage program schedules, and uphold PMO best practices to align outcomes with HOOPP’s objectives.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate strategic program delivery between IT and business
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedules effectively
• Resolve risks, issues, and conflicts within projects
• Develop business cases and deliver project artifacts
• Lead program meetings to track progress and milestones<br/><br/>Requirements:
• 10+ years in progressive technology roles, 5+ in leadership
• 5+ years in investment or financial institutions
• Degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
• Strong project management expertise in fintech
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams<br/><br/>Drive success in program execution and development while ensuring adherence to HOOPP’s strategic goals.
