About the Job<br/><br/>Type: Full time / Permanent
Wage: $75,000 – $95,000
Shifts: Nights – Tuesday – Saturday 7pm – 3:30am

Summary<br/><br/>The Application Delivery and Support Analyst will be responsible for the stability, accessibility and performance of production and integrated application environments.
Essential Functions<br/><br/>Analyzing and monitoring system and integrated application environments with the purpose of continuous improvement of operational performance and efficiency.
Provide support to Ryder operations focusing on maintaining application environment stability, training and on‑site support when applicable.
Responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of user reported technical incidents while adhering to departmental procedures.
Partner with the Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
Facilitate technical meetings to drive the resolution of issues and determine root cause.
Additional Responsibilities<br/><br/>Proactively learn new technologies to support applications as they become part of the Ryder portfolio.
Work closely with Project and Team Managers to provide status and other required information.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors) to produce high quality work with minimal supervision.

Ability to effectively and clearly communicate to the end‑user community, tailoring the communication style/method to the specific need, and be able to discuss technical solutions in a non‑technical manner.
Organization skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
Detail oriented with excellent follow‑up practices.
Microsoft Office – intermediate required.
Performance Monitoring and analysis – intermediate required.
Transportation Management System – intermediate required.

Qualifications<br/><br/>Bachelor’s degree required in transportation, logistics and computer science or business.
Three (3) years or more in IT, preferably in transportation and/or logistics.
One (1) year or more in providing onsite/remote technical support.
One (1) year or more in warehouse and/or transportation management applications.
Microsoft Office – intermediate required.
Performance Monitoring and analysis – intermediate required.
Transportation Management System – intermediate required.
Travel<br/><br/>1–10%

Minimum Pay Range: $75,000
Maximum Pay Range: $95,000
